Baked Feta Cherry Tomato Pasta
Apparently this pasta was a huge thing on Tik Tok and now I totally get why. Not only is it easy and quick to make but it is extremely delicious! I changed a few things in order to make it gluten friendly and to put more of a healthy spin on it. So if you want an easy delicious dinner to try this weekend, check this one out!
Baked Feta and Cherry Tomato Pasta
12 ounces dried gluten free penne pasta
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped or slivered fresh basil leaves
1 package of lean ground Turkey
1 cup crumbled feta cheese (4 oz.)
2 cloves garlic, peeled
How to Make Baked Feta and Cherry Tomato Pasta
Preheat oven to 400 F degrees
Combine 1 pint of cherry tomatoes with olive oil, pepper garlic cloves and salt in a baking dish.
Add the crumbled light feta to the center of the baking dish and top with sliced chilis (optional) and additional olive oil and cook for 14 minutes. Increase temperature to 440 degrees F and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir in fresh basil, cooked pasta and cooked turkey or cooked shrimp, or chicken.
