Creating a mindful routine you love isn’t easy to do on your own but with the right action steps and my help. You can get through the hurdles you can and fall in love with life and a new routine in no time.

How It Works?

The Mindful Movement is a 6 month 1:1 program for women who feel lost, exhausted, overwhelmed and unsatisfied with everyday life.


In our 6 months together, I build you a personalized workout program that you access through my state-of-the-art app with video instructions and daily text support and connection with myself. 


I teach you how you can eat the foods you love while hitting your goals and give you access to all my meal prep guide ebooks and nutrition guides along with weekly recipes, so you never feel lost with your meal prep and planning!


The most essential part of any new routine is your mindset. This program was designed to teach you how to get in touch with what you really want out of life and help you dig deeper into your goals and what you want to accomplish. Weekly journal prompts and monthly calls help you stay on track with your goals and get honest about where you are at and where you want to go.
