I'm Jaymi Green, your Multi-passionate Life & Business Coach with an extensive Fitness, Nutrition and mindset background.

(I really do it all HA)

If you've been following me for a while, you might know a bit about my background. I came from a challenging upbringing that taught me some of life's toughest lessons. But I never let that hold me back; if anything, I used my past pain to find purpose and follow my passion — helping as many women as possible discover their worth and create a life they love.

In the past few years, I've achieved quite a bit. I grew a simple pregnancy fitness IG page from zero to 18K+. I ran a podcast that hit 600+ streams in one month. I even started a non-profit foundation to aid women escaping domestic and substance abuse. And on top of all that, I built a six-figure business from home while pregnant and chasing around a busy 4-year-old. I'm also a wife and a mom of three, with one being my little bulldog, who was my first fur baby. I'm sure you fellow fur mamas can relate!

I created this program because I've walked in your shoes. I've spent hours in a corporate job, craving to be at home with my babies while still providing for my family. I've wrestled with nutrition, fitness, mindset, and motivation.
